How
to Use? |
- To use ComTrack you need to have an internet connection.
- Your system must have a standard web browser 4.0 or above.
- Log on to http://www.bytechindia.com/comtrack/
- You will be driven to an employee log- in page where you will ask for an
user id and password .
- Put Log in name and password as supplied by the Administrator
- After validating your user id and password it will drive you to the
MyProject Page (please refer MyProject page)

Who
are the users? |
- Users means the person who has been registered by the system administrator.
- Only those person who are the part of the organization and have got registered by the administrator,can log-in.
- Any common visitor can't register himself/herself.
- Any user can be defined as a Team member,Team leader,Project Leader as per responsibilities given to him.

Know
about Project, Activity and Task |
- Any job that has to be delivered by the user to his customer is
considered as a Project
- The hierarchy of Project ,Activity and Task is;
- The Project will be decided by the Administrator(pls.refer who is Administrator)
- It will be authorized by the administrator and all the activities will be finalized and distributed among the Team members for that
project.
- To complete a Project,all the Activities should be completed and to complete an Activity,all the tasks under that activity should be completed.

Who
is administrator? |
- ComTrack defines administrator as the immediate higher authority
of the User
- Example: Under a Particular Project ,Project Leader is
the administrator for the Team leaders , and a Team leader is
the administrator for the Team members of that project
