How
can I get my UserID and Password to access ComTrack?
Being a Bytech employee you will be given by an UserID and Password.
How
can I access ComTrack if I forgot my password?
You can find Forgot Password in the home
page, there you can give your EMail id which you can given in ComTrack
while registering. Your UserID will be mailed to you in that ID.
Who
are the users?
Users means the person who has been registered by the system administrator.
Only those person who are the part of the organization and have got registered by the administrator,can log-in.
Any common visitor can't register himself/herself.
Any user can be defined as a Team member,Team leader,Project Leader as per responsibilities given to him.
Know
about Project, Activity and Task
Any job that has to be delivered by the user to his customer is
considered as a Project
The hierarchy of Project ,Activity and Task is;
The Project will be decided by the Administrator(pls.refer who is Administrator)
It will be authorized by the administrator and all the activities will be finalized and distributed among the Team members for that
project.
To complete a Project,all the Activities should be completed and to complete an Activity,all the tasks under that activity should be completed.
Who
is administrator?
ComTrack defines administrator as the immediate higher authority
of the User
Example: Under a Particular Project ,Project Leader is
the administrator for the Team leaders , and a Team leader is
the administrator for the Team members of that project
